Well, these flanges, machined from solid aluminum, are beefier than the stock ones, allowing higher torquing of mounting bolts (producing a tighter seal aginst the body panel and best of all this flang allows you to use a modern gas cap with O-ring and screw type for a great seal. Please remember that you will also need a new gas cap. |
